Do you offer other types of patches such as embroidery?: Yes, AST Sports can be your source for custom embroidery or tackle twill also. |

Can you offer complete packages, such as Letter Jackets, Duffel Bags, Team Banners?: AST Sports has contracted with many school districts to provide a complete selection of team clothing and booster items. |

What are your lead times?: 2-1/2 weeks for catalog items and 3-1/2 weeks for custom items. |

What is your minimum order?: AST Sports has NO MINIMUM ORDER. |

How can I open an account?: All new customers are required to pay using credit cards or a certified check for the first order. AST Sports may extend credit terms to repeat customers at our discretion. |

Can you ship internationally?: Absolutely. Please email us and we will provide you with an accurate shipping quote. |

Can you help me design my chenille patch or embroidered logo?: AST Sports can take your idea and create a working patch design or embroidered design. There is a $65.00 minimum charge for design services. The customer is responsible for approval of the final design. Also, image files and stitch data is the property of AST Sports. |

I have an image or stitch file created by another company, can you work from this?: In most cases we can take stitch files from many makes of embroidery machine makers and convert them to our equipment. |

Can you duplicate a patch that I currently have? Absolutely.We duplicate thousands of letters every year for many schools across the country.If it is just for a few letters, it will just be treated as a custom design. |
